Drum Roasters | Drum Coffee Roasters

Drum roasters, or drum coffee roasters, use a mechanical arm to stir the beans while they are being roasted. Depending on the positioning of the coffee bean and distance from the heat source, the coffee beans reach the perfect temperature at different times.

Coffees that are drum roasted frequently retain their brightness while developing their body. Since they don't need the same high fan speeds that small air roasters need, they are also more durable than air roasters.
