Air Roasters | Air Coffee Roaster

An affordable option to begin home roasting is with air roasters. The majority of these are "fluid bed" machines, which roast and transport the coffee using hot air. The majority of hot air roasters only produce tiny batches, enough for 1 or 2 persons.

Heat is distributed throughout the coffee beans by forcing hot air through a screen that is placed beneath them in a hot-air coffee roaster. The roasted beans are subsequently quenched, or chilled, to complete the process.
