At Golden Roaster, drum pressure is precisely managed using an integrated internal pressure sensor that continuously monitors the differential pressure within the roasting chamber, measured in Pascals (Pa).
This sensor-driven system dynamically modifies fan speeds and airflow to create and maintain the desired pressure which plays a critical role in ensuring even heat distribution and optimal flavor development throughout the roast. Thus, the system supports to find balancing sweetness, bitterness and acidity in the roasting profile.
