acme-roman-mini-saucer-12cm
ACME Roman Mini Saucer 12cm

The ACME Roman Mini Saucer is a 12cm (4.73in) fine porcelain saucer designed to pair with the 100ml ACME Roman Mini Cup, suited to specialty espresso service in cafes and at home. Available in Kawakawa, Kokako 002, and Milk colourways, each saucer is handmade and carries subtle natural variation in glaze and finish.

Built for the Demands of Real Service

The Roman Mini Saucer is made from durable fine porcelain, a material chosen for its resistance to the daily wear of a busy cafe environment as much as for its refined appearance. The thin-walled construction keeps the saucer light without sacrificing structural integrity, so it holds up through repeated handling, stacking, and commercial dishwasher cycles without the heft of heavier stoneware alternatives.

A Considered Fit for Specialty Espresso

The Roman range was developed with modern espresso service in mind. The saucer's inset well (45mm diameter) locates the Roman Mini Cup securely, reducing the chance of the cup shifting on the pass or the table. The stackable profile keeps storage compact when multiples are in rotation, which matters when counter and shelf space is limited.

Handmade Character, Consistent Quality

Because each Roman Mini Saucer is handmade, no two are identical. Glaze coverage and surface effect vary naturally from piece to piece. This is a property of the material and the process, not a defect. Buyers mixing colourways across a set will find the variation adds rather than detracts from the overall look.

Features

Fits the 100ml ACME Roman Mini Cup: inset well diameter 45mm, designed as a matched pair

Durable fine porcelain: thin-walled construction with a refined finish suited to specialty coffee service

Dishwasher safe: rated for commercial dishwasher use

Stackable: compact stacking profile for efficient storage

Handmade: each piece exhibits natural variation in glaze and finish

Specifications

Specification

Value

Outer diameter

120mm (4.72in)

Height

17mm (0.67in)

Inset diameter

45mm (1.77in)

Material

Durable porcelain

Dishwasher safe

Yes, including commercial dishwashers

Stackable

Yes

Compatible cup

ACME Roman Mini Cup (100ml / 3.38oz), sold separately

Available colourways

Kawakawa, Kokako 002, Milk

Single saucer weight

0.14kg

Who This Is For and Isn't

The ACME Roman Mini Saucer suits cafes and home setups serving espresso in the 100ml ACME Roman Mini Cup.
