The center opening is wide enough for a tamper to pass straight through, so there is no need to lift the funnel off between dosing, distributing, and tamping. That uninterrupted sequence keeps puck preparation consistent and the prep area clean.

Six Magnets, Secure Attachment

Six magnets set into the base of the funnel grip the rim of a 49mm portafilter without clips or adapters. The magnetic connection is strong enough to hold the funnel in place while grounds are added and a tamper is pressed through, yet releases cleanly when the portafilter needs to move to the group head.

Features

Six built-in magnets: attach securely to the rim of a 49mm portafilter without tools or adapters

Grounds containment: funnel sits above the basket and directs grounds in during dosing

Tamp-through design: tamper fits through the funnel opening so it stays in place from dose to tamp

Specifications

Specification

Detail

Portafilter compatibility

49mm

Attachment method

Six built-in magnets

Weight

0.25 lb

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Flair 49 PRO Magnetic Funnel suits anyone using a 49mm portafilter who wants a cleaner dosing workflow, particularly Flair 49 PRO users looking to reduce counter mess and move from dosing to tamping without interruption.

The Flair 49 PRO Magnetic Funnel is not compatible with portafilters larger or smaller than 49mm, and it does not fit Flair models that use a different basket diameter such as the Flair 58 or Flair 58 Plus 2.

Common Questions

Which Flair models does this funnel fit?

The Flair 49 PRO Magnetic Funnel is designed for the Flair 49 PRO, which uses a 49mm portafilter.
